JENNI'S STORY

Where were you 10-weeks ago?
10 weeks ago I had just had a break through with fitness and strength , but had not changed weight for some time. I wanted more structure and accountability to diet as well as exercise. I worked long hours, stressful work and drank some wine every night. I did not sleep well despite x2 training and x2 swimming weekly. I have been over 70kg for 10 years and sick of it!

How did you feel 6-weeks into Your Best Body Challenge?
I was rigorous with myself for the first 3 weeks and the first 2 kgs. I felt fantastic-was inspired and pumped. I had a group of staff at work in the game with me and all was great. Extra stress at work and other lifestyle stuff sucked me in and I stopped playing full out. I kept the diet and the training up but I started to have a glass or two of wine some nights.

Where are you now after 10 weeks?
I am very pleased and stunned to think of what I could have done if I had stuck hard and fast for 10 weeks. I had to buy new pants last week coz they were all too big! I am sleeping better, as I have lost weight around my throat (sleep apnoea.)
This will help me in many ways. Everyone notices how much better I look and I am inspired now to go on for a time until at last I am under 70kgs again.
